General judges who will review all the three themes to select prize-winning works (for commendation)
and theme-specific excellent works (for business matching at workshops), as well as theme-specific judges who
will select excellent works for each theme, have been determined as listed below.
Theme-specific excellent works will be selected jointly by the general judges and the respective theme-specific judges.
